Roasted red pepper hummus is kicked up with sambal chilis, cilantro, lime, and a hint of soy sauce. The perfect dip for any of our Potstickers.

- 20 frozen Ling Ling Chicken & Vegetable, Pork & Vegetable, OR Vegetable Potstickers
- 1 cup roasted red pepper hummus
- 1 tablespoon sambal chili paste
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrot, sliced into sticks
- 1/2 cup celery sticks
- Prepare the potstickers according to package directions, following the Easy One Pan Prep directions.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine hummus, chili paste, cilantro, soy sauce, and lime juice and mix well to combine.
- Serve hummus with Ling Ling Potstickers and sliced vegetables. If desired, garnish hummus with a bit of reserved chili paste and cilantro.
